Who they are: Author, lecturer, and investor known for his best-selling book, Hooked: How to Build Habit-Forming Products

Why we’re excited to hear from them: We all want to be part of something that gets people fired up. To create products that people just can’t put down. But first…you’ve got to understand the patterns successful technologies use to hook users. Nir is someone who can help you with that.

Elaine Welteroth


Who they are: Award-winning journalist, author, and the former Editor-in-Chief of Teen Vogue

Why we’re excited to hear from them: Under her watch, Elaine took Teen Vogue from being an underestimated media brand – to one that took on some pretty divisive topics and grew readership by the MILLIONS. No small feat. She’s also written for the hit TV show Grown-ish, penned her own memoir, and is currently a judge and producer on the new Project Runway.

Christopher Lochhead


Who they are: Top 5 business podcaster, best selling author and “Godfather of Category Design”

Why we’re excited to hear from them: Christopher has got some unique endorsements, to say the least. According to his bio, he has been called “one of the best minds in marketing” by The Marketing Journal, a “Human Exclamation Point” by Fast Company, a “quasar” by NBA legend Bill Walton and “Off-putting to some” by The Economist.

Who they are: Chief Marketing Officer at 6sense

Why we’re excited to hear from them: Sales, accounting, and consulting don’t make up your typical CMO background, but Latane Conant is not your typical CMO. She leads marketing at 6Sense and before that she was CMO of Appirio and was instrumental in aligning sales and marketing, resulting in 5x more effective field marketing programs and a 300% increase in inbound leads.

Who they are: CEO at Sigstr

Why we’re excited to hear from them: Bryan is the CEO of Sigstr (an email signature marketing company that, among other things, happens to make these phenomenal stickers the whole Drift marketing team is obsessed with) but he’ll be talking about a lot more than stickers at HYPERGROWTH. With more than 12 years at Salesforce and ExactTarget, Bryan will share insights on how to tackle new frontiers in marketing.
