drift conversational ai
There are only so many hours in the day (and only so many people on your team to do the work). But, what if you could drive more qualified pipeline for your team 24/7?
Our AI-powered chatbots engage and qualify your site visitors all hours of the day, in multiple languages. Their only job is to build the qualified pipeline you need to hit your number so your reps can focus on what they do best – closing deals.
AI chatbots are equipped to answer any questions your buyers have, no matter the time of day or where the conversation goes. They do this by using Drift’s patented Conversational AI technology that breaks conversations into events. Events help categorize conversations, allowing for smooth context switching as a conversation goes on. So rather than forcing your buyers down a one-way path, AI chatbots can identify the questions your buyer is asking and accurately answer them all individually, delivering the best possible experience every single time.
A/B Testing for Bot Playbooks
As a marketer, you know that it can take a couple of tries to get the messaging right. You might need to experiment with different variations to find the right message or CTA that resonates with and converts your target audience. And the same can be true for your Drift bot playbooks, too.
With the A/B testing feature for bot playbooks in Drift, you can easily:
- Create and test different bot playbook messages to your defined audiences
- See which message is performing the best
- Use this data to optimize your playbook content to convert more visitors into qualified leads
New Conversations Experience
The Drift conversations view is designed to let you quickly access and engage in conversations. It makes messaging prospects fast, easy, and customizable.
In the new conversations view update, you can easily switch between “my conversations,” “all conversations,” and ones with “no participants.”
Find yourself frequently looking for conversations that match a specific set of filters? You can now create a custom section in your inbox to make them easy to find.
For the best experience, we recommend using the Drift Desktop App.
Improvements to the Playbook Bot Flow Editor
This month, our product team met with dozens of customers to better understand how they use Drift. These conversations led to a series of updates to the bot flow editor that improves the customer experience and makes it easier to see and understand what you’re building.
These updates include:
- Highlighting arrows between nodes to let you easily track your workflow.
- Better content formatting in a node so you can quickly see your lists and links in the preview.
- Any nodes with an image now allow you to preview the entire image so you don’t have to build your bot blind.
Search in Bot Flow
If you have complex playbooks with hundreds of nodes, then finding specific text can be challenging, if not impossible. That’s why Drift now supports searching for text within a bot flow.
To find text, simply type in the keyword you’re looking for.
Ability to Extract Conversation Transcripts
Along with a host of other data, customers using Drift’s API wanted to pass conversation transcripts to their BI tools to run sentiment and other analyses.
Our engineers heard you! Drift now supports sending a formatted and readable transcript through the API.
