The record year included new and expanded customer relationships with global industry leaders including Box, Adobe, Tenable, Zenefits and PTC, with half of the company’s revenue coming from the enterprise. Drift also expanded its vertical footprint with new customers in the financial services, industrial, telecommunications, healthcare and education markets as enterprises sought out the platform to provide high-touch experiences in a low-touch world.

The company also further invested in Drift Automation, its AI-based chatbot solution that enables customers to effectively engage and qualify website visitors in an infinitely scalable manner.
