The Conversation Starter Bot

During this 50 minute live webinar, our own Mark Kilens and Sara Pion break down how you can use different chatbot playbooks to increase conversion and engagement on your website.

The conversation kicks off at the top of the funnel where people are becoming more aware of your company and of the problems you help solve. So the first play mentioned is the Conversation Starter Bot. This is going to show on your highest traffic pages, like your home page or your contact us. It has a really strong copy, it has a headline and a hook, and it will help start more conversations.

The Email List Supercharger

Also top of the funnel is the Email List Supercharger Bot. This works really well with your blog for example. Your blog is there to drive traffic to your website and build up a list of people who want to learn more about what you do, why you’re different, how you’re different, and all of the value that you can bring to them. By proactively reaching out to traffic at the right time you can end up driving way more blog subscribers than just a stagnant form. So you can leverage your display conditions by having your email list supercharger bot only fire if someone scrolls the page 50% of the way or if they’ve been on the page for over 30 seconds when they’re obviously showing intent.

Second Net

Another play mentioned is the Second Net Bot. For this one, you would just put a bot on your page that has a form and then have that bot bypass the form and route you immediately where you want to go. This makes it a lot easier to interact with a more traffic on that page since it’s so high intent.

Lead Magnet Bot

Bridging the gap between the top and middle funnel is the Lead Magnet Bot. This is intended for when you are trying to drive a lot of traffic to your content but are having a really hard time moving those leads down the funnel to where they’re actually interacting with your team. Once you have successfully moved your prospects into the middle of the funnel, we recommend the Retargeting Bot. This isn’t necessarily a play that you just have to run on one page of your site. This can be on high intent pages and high traffic pages. It allows you to greet high-intent, returning visitors to your site.

The Paid Ad Converter

The panelists then discuss the challenge of generating significant ROI on site traffic from your paid ad campaigns. The Paid Ad Converter Bot is put in place on your most high traffic pages so that you ensure you capture the attention of the leads driven to your site from your paid ads.
