This live webinar features Drift’s VP of Content and Community, Mark Kilens, conversing with Nudge CEO Paul Teshima about how to build relationships that will not only help you close more deals, but take a relationship to the next level after that deal closes.

Choice is Infinite

It’s not exactly a revelation that buyers have all the control these days. Choice is infinite, and they can find anything right at their fingertips. Thus a strong relationship with your buyers is absolutely essential.

Conversation is Key

The key to forming these relationships is conversations. Mark and Paul argue that there are three dimensions to having truly great conversations, the first being content.

Timely and Authentic

The ultimate dilemma in achieving this conversational approach is to be authentic, personalized, and current. Being both timely and authentic with your marketing and sales strategies is difficult, but wholly necessary to produce a sturdy relationship.
