Conversation is Key

The key to forming these relationships is conversations. Mark and Paul argue that there are three dimensions to having truly great conversations, the first being content.

Timely and Authentic

The ultimate dilemma in achieving this conversational approach is to be authentic, personalized, and current. Being both timely and authentic with your marketing and sales strategies is difficult, but wholly necessary to produce a sturdy relationship.
