Hi all —
A few weeks ago, we rolled out a new initiative at Drift, and I haven’t stopped thinking about it since.
One of the things I’ve been thinking about most is how the answer to a problem we were trying to solve was basically hiding in plain sight.
We didn’t have to reinvent the wheel. Reinvent ourselves. Or completely blow up what we’ve been doing.
We just had to reframe a little bit.
It took a simple pivot, a slight reframe, and now, we have a solution we’re really happy with.
So, next time you’re looking for a breakthrough (big or small), try looking at what’s right in front of you. Invert it. Flip it on its head. Ask some different questions. Look for commonalities. You might be surprised by how close you already are to what you’re looking for.
When was the last time you found a solution hiding in plain sight? Text me at +1-212-380-1036 and tell me about it.
