Brendan McManus is an Account Manager who has been with Drift for over two years when there were only a handful of people on the team. Since then, he has worked with hundreds of companies to implement Conversational Sales for their reps. He has learned all of the best (and worst) practices in Drift through the years, earning his own success selling with Drift along the way. Using his experience to guide customers, Brendan thrives off of the moment everything clicks for a customer and they start seeing real results.

Michele Albanese
Partner Success Manager @ Drift

Michele is the Partner Success Manager for Drift’s Partner program. She’s been working with Drift partners for a year to help them grow and win with Drift. She started as a Customer Success Manager at Drift 2 years ago where she was tasked with building out Drift’s agency program in 2018. She’s passionate about bringing partners and their customers the best experience possible with Drift.
