Katy works as an Account Manager for Drift’s small to medium sized businesses on their long term strategy evolution. She started on the Sales Team where she used Drift on a daily basis to have conversations and book meetings for herself, and uses that experience now to drive customer’s sales teams’ adoption. Katy lives for seeing customers grow, traveling and spending time with her olde English bulldog.

Nick Brown
Account Manager @ Drift

Nick works as an Account Manager for Drift’s mid-market team. He started at Drift over 2 years ago as a Conversational Sales Advisor, working with companies on the potential impact of Conversational Marketing. He then transitioned to Account Manager, helping customers to develop, implement, and optimize their Conversational strategy. Nick loves traveling, has lived abroad in the Netherlands and Thailand, and is always looking for his next global destination.
