Shannon Donovan
Customer Success Manager @ Drift

Shannon is a Customer Success Manager who works with small and medium-sized businesses at Drift. She started on the Customer Advocate Team where she helped customers solve issues, and she loves pairing her technical knowledge of Drift’s product with the strategy of Conversational Marketing. In her current role, she spends her time onboarding new customers to the platform, training sales teams on best practices, and helping current customers see even more value through optimization. Shannon’s mission is to help all her customers get the biggest return on their investment
