Drift Closes Out 2018 with Record-Breaking Growth

Conversational Marketing leader grew team by over 200%, saw an 800% increase in customer conversations, and took home top awards from Forbes, LinkedIn, and G2 Crowd

BOSTON, Massachusetts – January 7, 2019  – Drift, the world’s leading conversational marketing platform, today announced that it has been recognized in G2 Crowd’s Winter 2019 report as a leader in the Best Conversational Marketing Software, Best AI Sales Assistant, Best Live Chat and Best Chatbots categories.

This acknowledgement from G2 Crowd follows a blockbuster 2018 for the company. Drift finished the year with over 50,000+ businesses using the platform, an 800% increase in customer conversations, and over 250 employees – a 200% increase from 2017. In April, the company also secured a $60M Series C investment, led by Sequoia.
