Last week Drift had our first virtual all-hands meeting. I’m sharing some of what was said in that meeting with you here:
The bottom line is this: the new normal will look different. And we may not know what that new normal will look like, but we do know that our job is to continue to deliver value to our customers.
That is how we will all get through this.
It’s time to take action. Because action is the antidote to fear. We cannot just sit back and wait.
Our destiny is in our hands.
So we should all use this time to execute better than ever before.
Focus on why you’ll succeed in this market, not the excuses of why you could fail. Here’s how:
- Get closer to your customers and help them see value.
- Lean into the current trends.
- Always simplify, focus, and repeat.
Every single person reading this can do that no matter what your title is.
