Not surprisingly, I got this response back from someone:
Because it’s true. I obviously — as we all do — spend a lot of time working. And with all of us working from home and juggling different responsibilities, our schedules look a little different right now.
But I believe it’s all about the yin and yang. You can’t have one without the other. You need that constant tension in life.
In other words, you can’t have all pleasure (or all work). But it’s up to you to find that balance.
Especially now, you need to trust your gut and do what is best for you.
