FAQ

Is there a hotel room block?

No, but there are plenty of hotels nearby! Check back soon for some of our recommendations.

Is there parking at the venue?

There is limited parking onsite at the venue. Ride shares are very easily accessible and there are many hotels within walking distance from the venue.

Health & Safety

Below are our current health & safety guidelines; these will be re-evaluated and updated based on current COVID-19 conditions. We will provide additional information to attendees prior to the event.

  1. All attendees will be required to provide BOTH proof of vaccination and proof of negative test results. All data will be collected through a 3rd party app and instructions will be provided prior to the event.
  2. We will have a nurse practitioner and coordinator onsite for those that don’t feel well, or need additional assistance.
  3. Hand sanitizer stations will be positioned throughout the venue.
  4. Attendees are free to wear masks at the event, but they will not be required unless mandated by local laws or the event venue.

Testing Requirements

  • Testing should be completed 48 hours or less before travel to the event.
  • Rapid, PCR, and self-administered home tests will be accepted.
  • For event check-in, attendees must provide a photo ID along with proof of a negative test result (in addition to proof of vaccination).
