Building off of two years of data and a mass surge towards generative AI, the 2023 State of Marketing AI Report highlights how marketing leaders are thinking about and approaching artificial intelligence (AI) within their businesses.
For the third annual report, Marketing AI Institute surveyed over 900 marketing leaders, 61% of which were director-level or above. The respondents spanned multiple marketing departments — including content marketing, email marketing, social media, advertising, analytics, SEO, customer experience, sales, and ecommerce.
In a time of AI-uncertainty, this brings clarity to the trending sentiments around AI and provides key insights into the marketing industry’s adoption and understanding of AI.
