Driftt allows you to now create two different types of segments: dynamic or static.
Dynamic segments enable you to break your user base into groups so you can message users as they enter those segments. For example, you can set up an onboarding product announcement that messages all users once they upgrade to an enterprise plan.
Static segments are good for a one-time announcement, or NPS survey.
Communicating with your users in your web-app has never been easier. With Driftt, you can now send product announcements and NPS surveys right in your web app.
NPS surveys can be sent on a recurring basis, which empowers you to measure how user sentiment changes over time. Here’s what your users would see…
When everyone on your team has transparency and knowledge about what is happening to each of your users, they can be smarter about the messages they send and the words they use.
You can now dig into any user record and see a timeline of all the context you need: past campaigns, NPS responses, notes, conversations, and more.
A lot of you are in the B2B space, and it’s important that you be able to attach a user to a company record. Users are now auto-associated with companies so you can get the full picture of an account. And if that wasn’t enough, you can even pass us company attributes via the API!

You may already be sending us custom attributes via the API or SDK – keep it up! Very soon you’ll be able to segment your user base on the custom attributes and events that are key metrics in your product.

We heard it loud and clear – while in-app messaging is definitely more effective in terms of open rates, sometimes sending an email is a highly valuable channel of communication to bring users back in the product.
