Most recently, she spent 6 years as Chief Customer Officer at Okta where she was charged with enabling and growing Okta’s customer base. Prior to Okta, Krista spent 13 years in senior leadership roles at Salesforce.com building the industry’s SaaS playbook for customer success renewals, and growth.
